Henry Exall IV
Henry Exall IV is an accomplished transactions attorney with more than two decades of experience in corporate and securities law. His practice encompasses corporate negotiations, public and private equity financings, and debt financings. Mr. Exall works closely with entrepreneurial and high-growth clients to develop effective financial and operational strategies. He also assists clients in a variety of acquisitions matters, including identifying acquisitions, establishing valuations, structuring and negotiating acquisition terms, and conducting due diligence reviews.
In his previous position as managing director at a merchant banking corporation, Mr. Exall was responsible for all in-house legal matters, including contracting, capital raising and corporate structuring.
ActivitiesMr. Exall serves on the Board of Directors and Membership Committee for the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Episcopal School of Dallas and the Thanksgiving Square Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. Exall was a member of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2000-2001. Leadership Dallas is an educational program providing participants with in-depth exposure to the critical issues facing the community.
EducationMr. Exall earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University, graduating summa cum laude. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and recipient of the Philip N. Miller Award as the outstanding student in the economics department at Washington and Lee.
